I’m Shiva, 

A Healthy Lifestyle Coach, Culinary Nutrition Expert and a Lover of Life. 

Most days you can find me working on the couch in my yoga pants, with a cup of warm lemon water, and my laptop. I’m a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, certified Life Coach, soon to be certified Gut Health Specialist, a Culinary Nutrition Expert, an aspiring yogi, a lover of all things healthy, and an aspiring travel enthusiast.

I work with active professionals, who are struggling with fatigue, stress, excess weight and digestive imbalances. I believe that health and wellness is so much more than the food we eat and how many times we exercise each week. It encompasses all things including our environment, thoughts, and our daily habits. I want to help you reach your health and wellness goals and restore balance to your life so that you can be the best version of yourself.

Group Coaching

Work with me along with a group of 4-8 like-minded individuals where each participant begins by determining what they want to achieve and then creates a detailed plan to achieve it. 

Wellness Workshops

Workshops are fun, interactive programs designed to engage and motivate your desire for intentional wellness. Workshops are created to focus on healthy living on the plate and off the plate. 

Quarterly ReSet

The Clean Eating Reset plan is a program that jump-starts an internal and external cleansing process, removing toxins from the body to promote optimal cell function.
