I’M AN INTEGRATIVE NUTRITION HEALTH COACH, LIFE COACH, AND CULINARY NUTRITION EXPERT. 

I am passionate about helping active professional women live the healthy lifestyle they desire. by focusing on energy, stress, excess weight and digestive imbalances. I support my clients through one-on-one coaching, group coaching,  wellness workshops and seasonal ReSets.

My Purpose and Passion is to help you live more intentionally on and off the plate.

What I Value Most

Accountabilty

I value accountability.  To effectively implement a new plan or carry out a new task accountability needs to be incorporated. Accountability is all about ownership and clarity. Owning what needs to be done and having clarity around what to do, is the first step to greatness.

Bio-individuality

I value bio-individuality. We are all made very differently. What works for me may not work for you. It’s important to tap into what your body needs to flourish and function properly. The goal is to get quiet and listen to your body. Your body knows what it needs to make you awesome.

Intentionality

I value intentionality. Living an intentional life is all about defining what you want your life to look like and having a plan to move you towards that life. Having a clear plan leads you closer to where you want to be and how you want to live your life.

Self Love

I value self love. In order to create the life that you long to have you must allow yourself to love yourself. Loving yourself will allow you to become one with your mind, body and soul. You are able to trust yourself more and allow yourself to be more open to growth and change.

Authenticity

I value authenticity. Real change will exist when we make the decision to accept our authentic selves. Being in alignment with your core values and beliefs is a great way to show up as the real you everyday. It is also a great way to become clear about what you need and want.

Hi! I’m Shiva Walker, certified integrative nutrition health coach, certified life coach, certified culinary nutrition expert, inventor, wife, mom, and proud owner of Transforming Health. I am excited to work with you to develop a personalized program that will help you reach your health goals and live a more intentional life!

Facts about me:

My passion for helping others was fostered by my mother. She was very sick while I was growing up. 

I started battling with hereditary high cholesterol, gut issues, fatigue and an overall lackluster health. 

I decided to enroll in the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. I was so enamored with the information I enrolled in the Culinary Nutrition Expert program the same year. Both programs drastically changed my perspective about health and wellness and gave me the confidence to share with the world.

Along this journey called life I have developed a deep understanding of the importance of intentional living.

Living intentionally on and off the plate is my motto because I believe that having the life of your dreams requires an intentional healthy mind, body and soul.  

I seek to educate you, to help you permanently improve the way you think about your life, your health, and the food you put in your body. 

I provide personal coaching to help you get to the root of your health choices, transform your health decisions and pave the way to more energy, work/life balance and feeling beautiful inside and out.

Together, with in depth conversations and action steps, delicious easy to make recipes, as well as, supplements and lifestyle recommendations, we will find what it takes for you to live a more intentional life on and off the plate.

It doesn’t matter where you are on your health journey! I believe that you are capable of making positive changes one step at a time.

Health is available to us all.

It’s all about priorities, not about time. I support my clients to bust through the limiting beliefs that are holding them back, and support them to create the space to focus on what they really care about.

No one diet or health regime will ever work for everyone. Bio-individuality approaches health in a way that embraces our individual needs and lifestyle – a practice that I follow within my coaching services.

Health is not just created in the kitchen and the gym. As well as addressing food and physical activity, I guide my clients to draw upon their career, relationships and mindset; elements that have a significant impact on our health & well-being.

Fad diets and ‘overnight’ makeovers are never a success. I guide my clients to make positive choices that help them reach their goals while building a balanced and life-changing relationship with their body and their food.

It’s constantly sending us signals when our health is out of balance. My job is to help you decipher this language so you can intuitively give your body what it needs in every moment.

 

What is a Health Coach Anyway?

An Integrative Nutrition Health Coach is a supportive health and wellness professional that helps clients feel their best through food, lifestyle and behavioral changes. Integrative Nutrition Health coaches understand that relationships, exercise, career and spirituality are just as important to your health as the food on your plate. This allows health coaches to take a holistic perspective when working with clients and design individualized wellness programs to meet clients’ needs.

What does a Health Coach do?

A health coach works alongside their client to help them reach specific goals, such as weight loss, improve their health, or find greater energy through a customized plan that is tailored to the client’s specific needs and lifestyle. Much of the conversations will be centered around food, but other important topics include exercise, stress management, mindset and creating healthy habits.
